This Privacy Policy explains how Freshirt (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit freshirt.store or place an order.

1. Data we collect

When you order or contact us we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone (if given) and order details. Payment data is handled by our payment providers and never stored on our servers. We also collect limited technical data (IP, browser, pages visited) to run and secure the site.

2. Why we process it

To fulfil orders, provide support, meet legal and tax obligations, prevent fraud, and — with your consent — send marketing. Legal bases under the GDPR: contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent.

3. Sharing

Shared only with providers needed to run the store: payment processors, print/fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, hosting. We never sell your data.

4. Retention

Order records kept as required by tax law; support emails up to 24 months; marketing consent until withdrawn.
