1. About

These terms govern use of freshirt.store and all purchases. The store is operated by Freshirt.

2. Products & orders

Product images are illustrative; slight variation in colour or print placement may occur as items are printed to order. An order is accepted when we send confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability, refunding any amount paid.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is due at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes on delivery. See Shipping & Returns.

5. Returns

EU/EEA consumers have 14 days to withdraw from delivery for unused items in original condition. Made-to-order items may be exempt where the law allows.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, logos and text belong to Freshirt and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability per order is limited to the amount paid for it.

8. Governing law
